o When a bidder has purchased between $25,000.00 and $50,000.00 worth of lots, Motleys may require $1,000.00 to secure the transaction.
o When a bidder has purchased between $50,000.00 and $100,000.00 worth of lots, Motleys may require $2,500.00 to secure the transaction.
o When a bidder has purchased over $100,000.00 worth of lots, Motleys may require $5,000.00 to secure the transaction.
o All recording fees will be applied to purchases and reflected on your invoice after collection.
o Motleys Industrial will call your phone number on file to collect these recording fees.
• Motleys reserves the right to disqualify any bidder whose credit card is denied for any recording fee charged during the auction.
