Failure to pick up the items on one of the pickup dates listed may result in storage fee’s being accessed and/or the items considered abandoned and resold without a refund of payment/deposit. Equipment available to help you load your items. PA Auction Center can ship smaller items at your expense. If shipping on smaller items is required simply request that by replying to the email of the invoice that was sent to you after the auction. We do not provide freight quotes although we can pallitize and prepare items for shipment for a fee according to size of item/items.

All items are sold as is and all sales are final. No returns or chargebacks accepted. PA Auction Center charges a 10% Buyers Premium (capped at $500.00 per item) for on-site bidders. Additional 5% fees apply if bidding online. We accept payments with PA check, cash or wire transfer by the following business day. Additional 3% fee for credit card payments. Pennsylvania 6% sales tax applies to all taxable items sold unless you have a sales tax-exempt form on file. All items must be picked up within 3 business days. Lifts on-site to help load heavier item
