This is a consignment auction with heavy machinery, tools, and foam and coatings related equipment. This is an auction with reserves. UNTIL ALL THE PHOTOS are in the catalog, you can VIEW ALL THE PHOTOS AT OUR WEBSITE.

NOTICES, TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Payment must be made in legal tender of the United States of America. Terms are cash, Visa, Mastercard and wire transfer. Any payments in excess of 499.00 have to be done via wire transfer.  Sales from outsite the continental United States have to be made via wire transfer.  Sales tax will be applied for California buyers only.  There is a 13% buyer's premium on each lot.

Winning bidders must pay within 48 hours of end of auction.  Buyer is solely responsible for packaging and shipping.  We will make the items available to your shipper by appointment.  All purchased lots must be picked up within 10  business days of the auction.  Failure to pick up purchased lots within 10 business days will result in forfeiture of any monies paid.

All items are sold "as is, where is" with no guarantees or warranties expressed or implied.  All sales are final.

Important note: With any auction we do, there is always the possibility any item shown or described may be withdrawn from the auction without notice.
